Danny Glover and John C. McGinley have signed on to Paul Shoulberg’s indie romantic comedy “The Good Catholic.”
The story will be about an idealistic young priest who loves his job more than anything, until he meets a women in confession and so he looks for advice from his fellow priests. Glover is set to play a conservative father while McGinley will be play a free-spirited priest.
Zachary Spicer, John Armstrong and Graham Sheldon will be producing alongside executive producer David Anspaugh. Filming is set to begin in Bloomington, Indiana, later this month.
A release date has yet to be announced.
