Next year will see the release of many highly anticipated comic book movies. One of them includes Deadpool. Fans have been dying to see a proper portrayal of the character after the negative response to the Deadpool portrayed in X-Men Origins: Wolverine. The very first anticipated trailer has been released and just like “X-Men Origins“, Ryan Reynolds plays the titular character once again. In the trailer Reynolds plays Wade Wilson a skilled Special forces operative who suffers from Cancer. He also at the time has a girlfriend named Vanessa (Morena Baccarin) who fans know becomes Copycat later on. He goes into the same program that created Wolverine and after a disastrous turn events he is cured of cancer but becomes something else entirely, Deadpool.

The trailer helps introduce the fact that the movie will be action but will feature an equal balance of comedy and levity as Deadpool in the trailer cracks a few jokes while beating up several men on an expressway and drawing some humorous cartoons. It is only later on that we come to see Wade after the surgery and his hideously scarred face that his buddy Weasel (TJ Miller) Hilariously points out. The trailer also introduces a few other characters including a seemingly more villainous version of X-Man Colossus (Andre Tricoteux), as well as Angel Dust (Gina Carano), the main villain Ajax (Ed Skrein) and Negasonic Teenage Warhead (Brianna Hildebrand). The trailer finally ends with an impressive gun shot that kills several men in a row like domino’s.

Tim Miller directed the movie. Expect this profanity laced, comedic, violent Marvel picture to hit theaters February 12th of next year. Scroll down to see the trailer.
