Looks like the neighborhood is filling up for Universal’s sequel to Neighbors. Chloe Grace Moretz, most recently seen in films like If I Stay, and The Equalizer, has signed on to the comedy Neighbors 2.

The film will feature its original stars Seth Rogen, Zac Efron, and Rose Byrne, and Nicholas Stoller will also return to direct.

Point Grey Pictures’ and Good Universe will produce Neighbors 2, with Erik Baiers and Chloe Yellin overseeing the film for Universal alongside Erin Western from Good Universe. The sequel is looking to ride off of the original, which grossed $268 million worldwide after it opened in 2014.

Universal has kept the plot and any details from the script written by Andrew J. Cohen and Brendan O’Brien a secret, but a release date has been set for May 13, 2016.

Moretz is currently filming the drama Brain on Fire, and will be next seen in the drama Dark Places starring Charlize Theron, Christina Hendricks, and Nicholas Hoult. Other upcoming projects with Moritz include The 5th Wave and November Criminals.
