Disney has released the teaser poster and trailer for the upcoming live adaptation of one of their animated classic, ‘Dumbo‘. The film will focus on a former war veteran joining a circus that is tasked with caring for the big eared elephant, while its owner must deal with a business tycoon who is looking to take over the business and turn it into his own.

This adaptation will be directed by Tim Burton ( Sweeney Todd, Beetlejuice) who will be in charge of his second Disney project after taking the helm of another adaptation of a beloved classic in ‘Alice in Wonderland‘ back in 2010. Burton is known for bringing his own style of filmmaking to projects and Dumbo is no exception as the look of the film resembles some of his past work in terms of visuals.

Dumbo will mark another adaptation from the classic Disney Animation vault that resides in the House of Mouse, with success stories such as ‘Beauty and the Beast‘,  ‘The Jungle Book‘ and ‘Cinderella‘ in recent years, which were positively received by both the critics and box office.Included with the trailer the studio also released a teaser poster which doesn’t reveal much only Dumbos shadow in a howling like position at the moon.

Along with Burton being the director the cast is jammed packed as well with stars such as, Colin Farrell, Eva Green, Danny DeVito, Michael Keaton, and Alan Arkin.
