A trailer drop only a king could create.

Today, Disney and Marvel Studios took the world by storm and dropped  brand new poster and trailer of one of their upcoming releases, Black Panther. On the heels of the marketing storm of Marvels next film, Thor: Ragnarok, the studio decided to lift the curtain and remind people of their next film that is coming in only just a few short months.

The film will be the eighteenth installment in the infamous Marvel Cinematic Universe, and will see Chadwick Boseman suit up as the famous King of Wakanda for his very first solo film. The actor received praise for his first appearance in Captain America: Civil War.

The footage gives people a closer look into the wonders of Wakanda along with introducing us to brand new characters that will be both allies and foes to T’Challa. Black Panther will be the first time time that an African American hero will be headlining their own film. Along with Chadwick Boseman, the film boasts an all-star that includes Micheal B. Jordan, Lupita Nyong’o, Angela Bassestt, Forest Whitaker, Martin Freeman, and Andy Serkis and will be directed by up and coming director, Ryan Coogler. The film received a standing ovation at this summers San Diego Comic Con at the Marvel Studios panel.
