The latest film from Wes Anderson, “Isle of Dogs,” has recently secured its release date and revealed a poster.

The animated feature will be released on April 20, 2018 to North American theaters. Anderson, who has been nominated for six Academy awards, has built up a passionate fan base over the last several years, building up his reputation of quirky writing, filmmaking, and always being able to compile a huge cast.

“Ise of Dogs” looks to be no exception, as the poster shows names of many Anderson familiars will be in the film, include Bill Murray, Edward Norton, Bob Balaban and Tilda Swinton, as well as new people like Bryan Cranston, Courtney B. Vance, Scarlett Johansson and Yoko Ono.

As the poster suggests, the film takes place in Japan and follows a young boy as he searches for his lost dog. Similar to his other animated film, “The Fantastic Mr. Fox,” the “Isle of Dogs” will be entirely stop motion animation.
