Anyone out there a “Game of Thrones” fan? If not, how about Marvel? Well plenty of filmgoers are in for a treat. Peter Dinklage, known most famously for his role as Tyrion Lannister in the HBO series “Game of Thrones,” is in talks to make an appearance in “Avengers: Infinity War” and a yet untitled sequel. Dinklage is not new to acting in superhero films, as he was cast as Boliver Trask in “X-Men: Days of Future Past” back in 2014.

To give some information on “Infinity Wars,” Robert Downey Jr. (Iron Man) and Chris Evans (Captain America) are already set to return, while Josh Brolin will be playing the villain, Thanos. Instead of Joss Whedon, directors Anthony and Joe Russo will be in the director’s chair. “Avengers: Infinity Wars” has a release date of May 4, 2018.
