Despite Reletivity cancelling the production of the reboot of “The Crow” that starred Jack Huston, it looks like director Corin Hardy may have found someone else to replace him. According to The Mashable, actor Jason Momoa is in talks to play the titular graphic novel character. Momoa even posted a picture of himself with Hardy on instagram, staying: “The only way to officially seal the deal as men Is a pint of black beauty.@guinness #sealthedeal #wearemarriednowf****r. #greatnewstocome.#dreamjob #cantwaittotelltheworld ALOHA ED 👿😜”

In “The Crow,” written by James O’Barr, centers on Eric Draven, a man who was killed while witnessing his fiancé get butchered by a group of thugs. However, a mystical crow brings Eric back to life to enact vengeance onto the group of thugs. A film was made in 1994 and starred Brandon Lee as the Crow, but he was tragically killed during the shooting of the film.

Currently, Momoa is set to play Aquaman in “Justice League” and in the character standalone film. Currently, “The Crow” has no release date.
