Nick Jonas’ upcoming film “Goat” just released its new trailer and from the look of it, it’s going to be intense. The Andrew Neel directed drama is based on Brad Land’s memoir by the same name. Neel also wrote the screenplay with Mike Roberts and “Pineapple Express” director David Gordon Green.

The film follows a 19-year-old college student Brad Land (Ben Schnetzer) who pledges the same fraternity as his brother Brett (Jonas), taking audiences into the secret world of fraternity hazing. The trailer reveals flashes of brutal treatment, binge drinking, and violence while the boys work their way into the Phi Sigma Mu brotherhood.

James Franco, Virginia Gardner, Danny Flaherty, and Austin Lyon will star alongside Schnetzer and Jonas. “Goat” will be released by Paramount Home Media on September 23 in select theaters as well as digitally and on demand.
