“Spider-Man: Homcoming” has begun its production in Atlanta, GA. Actor Tom Holland, who will playing Peter Parker aka Spider-Man, confirmed that production for the film via Instagram. In the post, Holland posted a picture of a movie chair with the name ‘Peter’ posted on it, with the words “First day on the job and I already got my chair 👌🏻#SpiderMan :Homecoming.” There have also been a slew of set photos leaked that show Holland, Zendaya, and Tony Revolori in on set.
Meanwhile, Variety reports that comedian and actor Hannibal Buress has also been recently cast in the film. The deadpan comedian’s most known roles include Officer Watkins in both “Neighbors” films and Lincoln Rise in Comedy Central‘s “Broad City.“ Upcoming roles include voicing a character in “The Secret Life of Pets,“ being in the James Franco-directed making-of “The Room” film, “The Masterpiece,“ and a role in the reboot of “Baywatch“ starring Dwayne Johnson and Zac Efron. His role in the film is currently unknown.
Currently, the film also stars Marisa Tomei, Michael Keaton, Donald Glover, Logan Marshall-Green, and Martin Starr. It is directed by Jon Watts and written by John Francis Daley and Jonathan Goldstein. “Spider-Man: Homecoming” will come on July 7, 2017.
