In 4 Months we will see the release of the third installment of the “Kung Fu Panda” franchise. The movie is set to see the return of Jack Black in the lead role of Po and playing his romantic lead Mei-Mei was originally Rebel Wilson. However now according to sources, it has been confirmed that Wilson will no longer voice the role as she has been replaced by none other than Kate Hudson. Hudson who can next be seen in Rock The Kasbah in October replaces Wilson who is left the project due to an extended production schedule.

Hudson isn’t the only addition to the cast. Oscar winner J.K Simmons has also joined the cast. The plot of the movie will see Po face two epic threats: one supernatural and one personal as he reunites with his biological father Li Shan (voiced by Bryan Cranston). Kung Fu Panda 3 will be directed by Jennifer Yuh Nelson and Alesandro Carloni. It is produced by Melissa Cobb and will be scored by the legendary Hans Zimmer. Expect the movie to hit theaters January 29th, 2016.
