While recently promoting Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2, which doesn’t come out until November 20th, Jennifer Lawrence dropped some interesting news. The Oscar winner is currently writing a comedic screenplay with none other than Amy Schumer. Lawrence not only said they are writing the script but both will co star in the yet to be titled film, “We play sisters.” “We’re almost done writing. It just flowed out of us. We’ve got about 100 pages right now.” She continued on saying that “Amy and I were creatively made for each other. We have different flavors. It’s been the most fun experience of my life. We start the day off on the phone, laughing. And then we send each other pages. And we crack up. I’m flying out tomorrow to see her in Chicago. We’ll write a little bit with her sister, Kim, who worked with Amy when she was writing ‘Trainwreck.”

This news does not come as a total surprise as the two were seen hanging out a few weeks ago on a vacation riding jet ski’s and even making a human pyramid with some friends on a boat. Amy Schumer currently is nominated for an Emmy Award for outstanding lead actress in a comedy series for Inside Amy Schumer. Jennifer Lawrence not only has the “Mockingjay Part 2″ but will also star in December in the much buzzed about Joy.
